About Us
Colmillo Industrial Sewing is a family-owned contract manufacturer built on three decades of craftsmanship. Our story starts with one man's determination , Ignacio Sr. learned to operate a sewing machine at a shoe manufacturing shop in Guadalajara, Mexico, before immigrating to the United States at 17 and a half years old. He worked his way up in clothing manufacturing here, and in 2000, took the leap and bought the business outright. Today, he still works the floor alongside his son, Ignacio Jr., two generations, one standard: nothing leaves our shop unless we'd be proud to put our name on it.

We specialize in cut & sew, die cutting, laser cutting and engraving, seam welding, pattern making, and sample making for the motorcycle/powersports, tactical, outdoor, and pet gear industries. No apparel. No overseas delays. Just real craftsmanship, made in the USA.
Relationships
We treat every client relationship like it matters, because it does. From your first quote request to your hundredth order, we prioritize clear communication and honesty over empty sales talk , you'll always know where your project stands.
Experience
With 30+ years in the industry, we've built deep expertise in motorcycle and powersports gear, where tolerances are tight and durability isn't optional. That same precision carries through everything we manufacture, across tactical, outdoor, and pet gear alike.
Accountability
We stand behind every order that leaves our shop. Quality control isn't an afterthought , it's built into our process from pattern making through final production, so you can trust what you receive matches what you approved.
Our Mission
We Aim to Keep American Manufacturing Alive
At Colmillo Industrial Sewing, our mission is simple: deliver the kind of precision, reliability, and craftsmanship that brands can build their business on , without ever sending production overseas. What started as one man's determination in 2000 has grown into a shop built on family values, honest relationships, and work we're proud to put our name on.

We believe good manufacturing partnerships are built the same way good products are: with attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to getting it right every time. Whether you're bringing us your first prototype or your hundredth production run, we treat your project like it's our own.
