Colmillo Industrial Sewing provides contract manufacturing services, including but not limited to cut & sew, die cutting, laser cutting and engraving, seam welding, pattern making, and sample making, for businesses in industries such as motorcycle/powersports, tactical, outdoor, and pet gear.

Information on this Site — including descriptions of services, materials, capabilities, and lead times — is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Specific project terms (pricing, timelines, minimum quantities, materials, specifications) will be confirmed directly with you through quotes, invoices, or a separate written agreement.

2. Quotes and Orders

• Submitting a Contact form, quote request, or inquiry does not create a binding contract between you and Colmillo.

• A binding order is formed only once Colmillo provides a written quote or invoice and you confirm acceptance (e.g., in writing, by deposit payment, or other agreed method).

• Lead times, pricing, and sample timelines referenced on this Site (such as the 2-week sample lead time) are estimates and may vary based on order volume, materials, and current production schedule.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following payment terms apply:

• Prototypes and samples: Payment in full is required upfront before prototype or sample work begins.

• Production orders: A deposit of 50% of the total order value is due at the time the order is placed, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the order, prior to shipment or delivery.

• Extended payment terms: Colmillo may, at its discretion, offer extended or alternative payment terms (e.g., net 30) to established clients. Any such arrangement is only valid if confirmed in writing and applies only to the specific order(s) it references.

Colmillo reserves the right to pause or delay production on any order where payment is not received in accordance with these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Colmillo Industrial Sewing unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

• For custom manufacturing projects, ownership of designs, patterns, and specifications you provide to us remains yours. Any tooling, patterns, or processes developed independently by Colmillo in the course of production remain the property of Colmillo unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any designs, logos, or materials you provide to us for production, and you agree not to submit materials that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Product Samples and Quality

We aim to provide accurate samples and quality control on production runs as described in our process. However:

• Minor variations in materials, color, or finish may occur due to the nature of textiles and manufacturing processes.

• Any quality concerns should be raised promptly so we can address them in accordance with the terms of your specific order agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colmillo Industrial Sewing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption, except as otherwise agreed in a signed production agreement.

7. No Warranties on Site Content
